The obligation of the owner of the building on land is to protect his premises from fire, so that he
equips it with at least a portable fire extinguisher, and he is obliged to take it for
service-inspection to an authorized service station (DUMI doo) every 12 months.
Also, all commercial vehicles as well as personal vehicles owned by legal entities are required to have
a fire extinguisher and take it for service-inspection to an authorized service station (DUMI doo) every
12 months, just like the owners of buildings on land.
